The building is wood frame construction with stucco. The windows have been updated with aluminum slide frame windows. The roof is flat roll composition. The overall condition of the property is average. The roof is in good condition, the electrical has been updated and the building has been plumbed with copper. There is new professional landscaping and new rain gutters and drainage. Unit breakdown is as follows: ten one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, six studio units and two two-bedroom one-bathroom units. Recent improvements by the current owner include nearly $30,000 in hardwood flooring and refinishing for the units and the building, over $11,000 in new tile flooring for the units, over $20,000 in painting and patching for the building and the units, and over $35,000 in other repairs and upgrades.
